About Kentigern
Kentigern Rowan is counsel at Ogilvie LLP in Edmonton, advising receivers, trustees, creditors, debtors, banks, and financial institutions on bankruptcy and insolvency matters, landlord and tenant issues, corporate reorganizations under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, security rights, and construction disputes. Rowan earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1983 and was called to the Alberta bar in 1984. Rowan was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2012, has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada since 2006, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association.
