About Kenneth
Kenneth Golish has practised law in Windsor for more than 35 years, with about 90% of his practice devoted to criminal law, including jury trials in superior court and appeals. He also holds a US law degree and is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia, where he has handled US and Canadian immigration matters alongside his criminal work. He served as a part-time assistant Crown Attorney in Windsor, Chatham, Sarnia, and Whitby, and has provided criminal duty counsel services. He is a former Treasurer and President of the Essex Law Association, a former Library Committee member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and a Bar Admission Course instructor. He has published academic articles in the Criminal Law Quarterly and Advocates Quarterly and regularly contributed to the Criminal Lawyers' Association's For the Defence periodical. He holds an Honours B.A. from York University, an LL.B. from the University of Windsor, and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy.
