Ryan S. Cooper is a partner in Dickinson Wright's corporate practice group. His practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, financing, and general corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on corporate and partnership structuring. He has experience representing individual, corporate, and private equity clients in acquisitions and dispositions of small to mid-market businesses, and advises lenders and borrowers on secured financing transactions. He has also practiced in commercial leasing, commercial real estate, and employment law.
