About Kendal
Kendal Paul is a partner at Rice Parsons Leoni & Elliott LLP, practising insurance claims (denied life, disability, property, and critical illness coverage), mass torts, class actions, and personal injury litigation. Her earlier work acting for insurance companies and the Public Guardian and Trustee informs her current plaintiff-only practice. She joined the firm in 2023 after practising insurance defence at a large international firm and serving on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association's Wills and Trusts subsection. Kendal was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2010. She holds a law degree from the University of Victoria and the University of New South Wales, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of British Columbia and the University of Calgary (2005).
