James (Jim) D. Leith practises with the firm's solicitors' group, acting for private companies, charitable and religious organizations, and individuals in commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate acquisitions, divestitures, financings, leasing and reorganizations, wills and estates, and general corporate and commercial advice. James was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1995 and is a past member of the Vancouver Bar Association Executive and past Chair of the Business Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch.
