About Ken

Ken Stuebing represents trade unions and associations across labour law, with particular expertise in workers' compensation, regularly appearing at arbitration and before labour boards and other tribunals. He is Past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section and past Ontario Vice President of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, and received the Osgoode Society Legal History Book Prize in 2004 for legal historical writing.
