About Kelsey
Kelsey O'Bray-Lazar earned her undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Victoria before articling at a large Vancouver firm, where she gained experience in complex commercial and insurance litigation. She returned to her hometown of Kamloops to practise at a small firm before joining Zak & Decker Law, then known as HMZ Law, in 2014. She has represented clients in a range of civil matters in both British Columbia and Alberta, and is an executive member of the Kamloops Women Lawyers Forum and a committee member of the Kamloops Inns of Court Program.
