About Kelsey
Kelsey Fergus is a lawyer at McCarthy Hansen & Company LLP, focusing her practice on family law. She holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Western Ontario, where she summered and articled with the firm before returning after her call to the bar in 2024. While at Western Law, Kelsey worked as a research assistant in the school's Health, Ethics, Law and Policy Lab, studying how the best interests standard is applied to children in family and health law decisions. She also represented Western at the Canadian National Negotiation Competition and was recognized among the top teams at the Walsh Family Law Negotiation Competition.
