About Kelly
Kelly Elizabeth Smith practices family law, mediation, and arbitration at Smith & Little LLP. She earned a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto's Victoria College in 2005, a J.D. from the University of British Columbia in 2008, and an LL.M. with Merit from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2010. She was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta on February 28, 2012. She is a member of the Association of Women Lawyers and the Association des Juristes d'Expression Francaise de l'Alberta, and is fluent in French, offering services in French to clients and in her mediation and arbitration work. She has presented for the Legal Education Society of Alberta and co-hosted the firm's seminar series for lawyers in 2018 and 2019.
