About Kelly

Kelly Doyle serves as Associate Counsel at Kuhn LLP. He previously spent many years as a partner with a regional Vancouver law firm practicing insolvency law and commercial litigation before joining Kuhn LLP and expanding his practice to include family law, with an emphasis on property and financial issues. He has written extensively on property, insolvency, and mediation topics, including two books published by LexisNexis, and has served as a civil mediator and arbitrator as well as a family mediator. He is a former adjunct professor of dispute resolution at the UBC Faculty of Law. He earned his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1978 and a B.A. from UBC in 1974.
