About Keith

Keith Wilson, K.C. is an Alberta lawyer whose practice covers land, environmental, oil and gas, water, compensation, and constitutional matters. He has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Alberta courts, and regulatory tribunals such as the Alberta Energy Regulator, the Alberta Utilities Commission, and the Land and Property Rights Tribunal. He founded Veritas Litigation Support, which provides digital visual aids and drone technology for lawyers and expert witnesses, and he is a frequent public speaker and media commentator on topics such as orphan oil well liability and property rights. He has guest lectured on water law and oil and gas regulatory processes at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law.
