About Jarin

Jarin Myskiw is a partner at Duncan Craig LLP practising in insurance defence and risk management, employment law, and personal injury law. He drafts employment and independent contractor agreements, defends and prosecutes wrongful dismissal claims and Human Rights complaints, and handles motor vehicle and home warranty claims, appearing before the Provincial Court and Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. He graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta's School of Business in 2005 and obtained his law degree from the University of Alberta in 2009, joining the partnership in January 2018. He is President of the Golden Bears Soccer Alumni Society, having played five years with the University of Alberta's varsity soccer team.
