About Michael
Michael Hoosein was called to the bar in 2005 and has practised exclusively in personal injury law ever since, representing individuals and families affected by motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, and disability insurance disputes. He founded MNH Injury Lawyers and has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen's Bench, and the Court of Appeal. Hoosein earned a Master of Laws in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013, served as President of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association from 2017 to 2018, and belongs to the American Association for Justice and the Canadian Bar Association. He has also served as an examiner and instructor with the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education.
