Michael Simons is a partner at McCuaig Desrochers LLP practising corporate and commercial law, including incorporations, reorganizations, business purchases and sales, and mergers and acquisitions, alongside estate law and business succession planning. He works with business and agribusiness clients on intergenerational transfers of business and wealth, and prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney and personal directives.
