Katrina Taibi articled at Rogers Partners LLP and stayed on as an associate after her call to the bar. Her civil litigation practice focuses on defending insurers in personal injury claims, tort motor vehicle disputes, occupier's liability matters, property loss and coverage disagreements. While studying law, she worked as a student caseworker at Queen's Legal Aid and taught undergraduates in an introductory Canadian law course, and was active in mooting.
