About Katrina

Katrina Taibi articled at Rogers Partners LLP and stayed on as an associate after her call to the bar. Her civil litigation practice focuses on defending insurers in personal injury claims, tort motor vehicle disputes, occupier's liability matters, property loss and coverage disagreements. While studying law, she worked as a student caseworker at Queen's Legal Aid and taught undergraduates in an introductory Canadian law course, and was active in mooting. As an undergraduate she double-majored in Legal Studies and Business and won a provincial mooting competition. She has also held a variety of co-op placements, including roles in occupational health and safety, client service, and benefits analysis. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
