About Kathleen

Kathleen Tereposky is an associate lawyer at Barron Family Law who brings a global perspective to supporting individuals and families through difficult times. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and a JD from the University of Ottawa's English Common Law Section, graduating cum laude and receiving the Arthur Drache, C.M., Q.C. Prize for Excellence in Charity and Not-for-Profit Law. She was called to the bar in 2024 and completed her articles at a boutique firm specializing in constitutional and public law litigation, focusing on minority language education rights. She's also worked with federal and provincial governments and mid-sized law firms, and is fluently bilingual in English and French. Outside her practice, she volunteers with Humanium, providing pro bono legal guidance on children's rights.
