Katherine Simonson is a partner at Harper Lee Law and has practiced law since 2020, advising businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals on corporate commercial matters and civil disputes. Her practice focuses on corporate commercial transactions, civil litigation, defamation, regulatory law, and energy law, including cross-border matters. Katherine earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Michigan, her MBA and Juris Doctor in Florida, and her Master of Laws in England. She serves as Vice-President of the Calgary Women's Soccer Association and as a director of the Calgary Police Youth Foundation.
