About Katherine
Katherine Bayer practices extensively in corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, advising on purchase and sale agreements, shareholder and partnership agreements, corporate restructuring and governance. She was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2014 and the Ontario Bar in 2025, after earning her J.D. from the University of Manitoba and her B.Sc. and B.A. from the University of Winnipeg. Her practice includes cross-jurisdictional transactions involving public-private partnerships and project financing. Katherine has volunteered with St. John Ambulance and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg and serves as a director on the Winnipeg Parade Committee (Santa Claus Parade).
