About Katherin

Katherin Beyak has practiced criminal defence for 16 years, appearing at all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada and throughout the Prairie provinces. Her practice covers a wide range of serious offences, including murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, drug trafficking, and impaired driving causing death, with a particular focus on search-and-seizure and privacy-rights issues. She also defends clients facing sexual assault allegations and has presented educational seminars for the bench, colleagues, police, and university students on topics such as search and seizure law and dangerous offender applications. Beyak offers clients flat-rate fees for her services.
