About Chris

Chris Hersh is a partner in the Competition & Foreign Investment Group at Cassels. He provides practical, strategic counsel on all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, criminal matters, abuse of dominance, marketing and advertising, and pricing and distribution issues. He advises clients in litigation before the Competition Tribunal and in price-fixing class actions and has expertise working with foreign clients to obtain approvals under the Investment Canada Act and navigate Canada's national security review regime.
