About Karl

Karl Michel joined LJT in 2020 and has practised condominium and real estate law since 2016, advising and representing co-ownership syndicates in construction defect and Administrative Housing Tribunal matters. He is a frequent panelist for organizations including the Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Québec and has been an RGCQ Montréal director since 2023.
