About Karine

Karine Emond concentrates her practice on commercial and corporate law, drawing on more than twenty years of experience that includes several general counsel roles. She has developed particular expertise in manufacturing and supply chains and in health care, covering pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmacy networks, medical imaging devices, and natural health products. Before joining Delegatus she was General Counsel at Christie Innomed, a medical imaging company, and earlier spent four years as Senior Legal Counsel at Pharmascience across both its innovator and generic divisions. She founded her own legal services practice in 2017, advising clients on commercial, hospital, pharmaceutical, and real estate matters, and began her career as a law student and articling student at BLG. Karine holds an LL.L. from the University of Ottawa, awarded with Cum Laude standing in 2001, and sits on the board of Ressources GeoMega.
