Joel A. Pinsky is a partner at Segal Santillo whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. Joel A. Pinsky advises clients on business transactions including corporate reorganizations, licensing, shareholder and partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and leasing agreements. Joel A. Pinsky was called to the bar in 1961 and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from Sir George Williams University (now Concordia). Joel A. Pinsky is a member of the Quebec Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, a former alderman for the Town of Hampstead, and has served as a director and officer for numerous private and public companies.
