About Karen
Karen has more than 30 years of legal experience and is a member of LLF Lawyers' Wills, Estates & Wealth Management team, with a practice devoted exclusively to personal planning and estate matters. She works to give clients clear, practical guidance through often complex and emotional legal issues. Karen earned a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University in 1986 and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Trent University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1988. She joined LLF as an associate in 1993 after working at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and Perry and Outerbridge. Karen has been involved with Trent University's athletics campaign and committee, and has volunteered with the Kawartha Spelling Bee and local school parent councils.
