About Karen

Karen Beauchamp earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1984 and a Bachelor of Law in 1987, both from the University of Manitoba. She began her career in private practice in Winnipeg, then worked for the Law Reform Commission and the Public Trustee's Office, before moving to Melita in 1993, where she began her association with Meighen Haddad LLP. She runs the firm's full-time satellite office in Melita and also oversees the Reston office. Her practice covers real estate, wills and estates, oil and gas law, corporate and commercial work, and agribusiness. She volunteers her time with the local food bank.
