About Karen

Karen is the senior partner in Cox & Palmer's PEI practice, working out of the Charlottetown office with more than 30 years of experience in labour and employment law, municipal law, and public law. She represents employers in collective bargaining, arbitrations, human rights and privacy matters, and has extensive experience representing municipalities. She earned her LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1986, was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1987 and the Prince Edward Island Bar in 1988, and was appointed King's Counsel in 2005.
