About Karan

Karan Sangha handles family law and civil litigation matters across the GTA, focusing primarily on issues such as separation, divorce, child custody and access, support, and property division. In 2020, after completing his LL.B. at CSM University in India, he was called to both the Saskatchewan and Ontario bars. Karan favours Collaborative Family Law, working to resolve disputes amicably and turning to litigation only when it becomes necessary. He aims to balance firm advocacy with a cooperative approach that protects his clients' rights while avoiding needless conflict and delay. Karan speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
