About Jag

Jag Dhillon has been a lawyer in Washington State since November 2003 and in British Columbia since March 2006. Born in Vancouver, he now resides in Coquitlam and serves clients in Vancouver and the Tri-Cities. His practice centres on criminal law, including assault, weapons and drug offences, fraud, and driving offences, and he has also handled personal injury, administrative law (WCB, WCAT, BC Human Rights Tribunal), contract disputes, and Legal Aid matters. Before law school he volunteered with police-based programs such as Crime Watch and Victim Services and worked as a peace officer. After being admitted to the Washington State Bar, he acted as plaintiffs' junior counsel on a catastrophic multi-plaintiff auto accident claim that resulted in a $9.1 million verdict. He works from home with minimal overhead, which he says keeps his legal fees among the more affordable in the Lower Mainland.
