About Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn Kolodychuk, known as Kait, is an associate in Osler's Banking and Finance Group. Her practice covers a broad range of secured financing transactions, acting for domestic banks, private lenders and corporate borrowers. Kait has worked on corporate and commercial lending, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, equipment financing, subordinate and lien financings, cross-border deals, and project and construction financing across several industries. She holds a joint J.D. from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, along with a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Calgary.
