About Kaarina
Kaarina Bishop is a staff lawyer at Access Pro Bono managing the Residential Tenancy Program and Virtual Family Mediation Program, and supervises Everyone Legal Clinic articling clinicians on tenancy matters. An accredited family law mediator, she previously completed a clinical externship with Rise Women's Legal Centre and an internship with Battered Women's Support Services, drawing on her own experience as a former client to deliver practical, unbundled legal services. She holds a law degree from UBC Allard School of Law, specializing in Law and Social Justice, a Philosophy degree from UBC, and completed BCIT's Biotechnology program.
