K. Daniel Larsen has practised litigation for more than 35 years, including 12 years as insurance defence counsel before moving to plaintiff-side advocacy. That background gives him particular insight into how insurers evaluate and litigate injury claims. He has completed training in alternative dispute resolution and negotiation at Harvard. He represents clients on a contingency-fee basis, with no fees due until a case concludes.
