About Justine

Justine Bernatchez is a general civil and criminal law practitioner admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2020. Before returning to Quebec, she worked for nearly two years as part of a defence team at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Her practice covers civil law, criminal law, and international law, and includes applications for record suspension and U.S. entry waivers. She appears before courts and tribunals across a number of Quebec judicial districts, including Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, and the Laurentides, Lanaudière, Mauricie, Montérégie, Centre-du-Québec, Estrie, and Abitibi-Témiscamingue regions. She holds a Bachelor of Law (2018) and a master's degree in transnational and international law (2020), both from Université Laval.
