About Justin

Justin S. Bhangu is the founder and principal lawyer of the Law Office of Justin S. Bhangu. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours and a Master of Laws (LL.M.), and articled with a senior criminal and immigration/refugee lawyer before starting his own practice. His practice is dedicated entirely to litigation and he has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of BC, and the Court of Appeal, as well as before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the Refugee Appeal Division. He has obtained leave to appeal in the Federal Court of Canada for clients and maintains a judicial review practice for refused immigration applications. He also represents clients charged with criminal offences and has obtained not-guilty verdicts, and handles Motor Vehicle Act matters involving ICBC. He is regularly consulted by the media for legal analysis.
