About Justin
Justin Monahan joined KMSC Law LLP as an associate in 2022 and became a partner in July 2026, working primarily in civil litigation and personal injury with a general law practice. Born and raised in High Prairie, Alberta, he completed his undergraduate degree at MacEwan University in Edmonton before studying law at Dalhousie University on a Schulich Scholarship, then clerked with the Justices of the Alberta Court of Appeal before articling at KMSC Law. One of his papers won the Canadian Bar Association's James L. Thistle, Q.C. Memorial Award for best paper on Alternative Dispute Resolution and was featured in the Barrister, where he now sits on the editorial board.
