He is authorized by Quebec's immigration ministry and Investissement Québec to act as a financial intermediary under the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program, and since 2002 has represented more than 1,000 immigrant investors from over 80 countries. He was named a recipient of UGlobal Immigration Magazine's Top 25 Attorneys Award.
