Julie Rosenthal is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Class Actions, and Competition and Foreign Investment Law Groups at Goodmans. Her practice covers complex commercial disputes, competition law, regulatory and administrative proceedings, procurement law, white collar crime matters, internal investigations, and domestic and international arbitrations. She has appeared multiple times before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and courts throughout Ontario. Before joining Goodmans in 1998, Julie clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Frank Iacobucci.
