About Julie

Julie Normand brings nearly three decades of legal and human resources management experience across national law firm, multinational corporate, non-profit, and small business settings. She holds an executive MBA from McGill University and HEC Montréal along with a Lean Six Sigma certification, which she draws on to analyze complex issues and implement practical, risk-balanced solutions. She spent thirteen years as legal director for a multinational consumer goods manufacturer, advising on compliance and negotiating more than a hundred commercial agreements across the Americas, before serving as executive director of an international non-profit supporting women's financial independence. She later spent four years as Chief Operating and Compliance Officer at Delegatus, where she led the digitization and optimization of the firm's operations. Earlier in her career she practised litigation for seven years at Borden Ladner Gervais, handling real estate, banking, and debt recovery matters. Julie holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and is a member of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
