About Julianna

Julianna Khou is a criminal defence lawyer with more than a decade of experience, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She focuses on complex criminal litigation, Charter challenges, and sexual assault proceedings, and has served as per diem duty counsel with Legal Aid Ontario at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre since 2015. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and launched her own practice, JKPC, in 2015 after articling with the Alan D. Gold Professional Corporation.
