About Judith
Judith Robinson has represented clients before the Federal Courts in IP and judicial review litigation for more than 30 years, with experience in cross-border patent trials, damages assessments, and appellate advocacy. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and was previously a senior partner at a global law firm before consulting with Fineberg Ramamoorthy LLP. Based in Montreal, she was called to the Barreau du Quebec in 1991 and holds an LL.B and B.C.L from McGill University.
