About Kavita
Kavita Ramamoorthy is a principal of Fineberg Ramamoorthy LLP and has practised pharmaceutical patent litigation since 2003, with extensive experience under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. She is a registered Canadian Patent Agent and holds a Ph.D. in Toxicology, and was named one of the Top 250 Women in IP globally. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and holds an LLB from the University of Western Ontario.
