About Joshua
Joshua Gleiberman's practice is centered on family law, covering collaborative family law, separation and divorce, custody, access, child and spousal support, division of family property, and child protection matters. He has appeared at every level of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal. He serves as a panel lawyer for the Sheriff of Durham Region, the Family Responsibility Office, and the Personal Rights Division of the Office of the Children's Lawyer. He belongs to the Durham Region Collaborative Practice Group and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and is trained to Level 2 in Collaborative Family Law. He was called to the bar in 1998 after earning his Juris Doctor from Howard University and an Honours BA from the University of Toronto. Outside the office, he serves as an Administration Officer and Captain in the Canadian Forces Reserve and previously commanded the Pickering Army Cadet Corps.
