About Paul

Paul Greenway is a partner whose practice covers personal injury and criminal law. He has extensive trial experience across all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, handling personal injury claims arising from car accidents, slip and falls, defective products and wrongful death. As defence counsel, he has represented clients facing serious charges such as murder, sexual assault, criminal negligence, domestic assault, impaired driving and arson. Paul was called to the bar in 1980 after earning his law degree from York University and a science degree from the University of Western Ontario. He grew up in Oshawa and returned there to raise his family, and he served for ten years as a director of the Criminal Lawyers' Association.
