Josh Azan holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami. He worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers' Washington, D.C. office on mergers and acquisitions before returning to Canada, completing his articles under Ivor Levstein, and joining the Law Society of Ontario. His practice focuses on real estate closings, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.
