Alison Rioux holds a biochemistry degree and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014, followed by an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from George Washington University in 2017. She is licensed in both Florida and Ontario, and her practice spans commercial agreements, corporate establishment, business and real estate transactions, estate planning, and intellectual property licensing.
