Hugh MacDonald is counsel to Spadafora Johnson Lepore LLP, called to the Ontario bar in 1979 after graduating with honours from Western University's Faculty of Law. He joined the firm after decades of practicing law in Sault Ste. Marie and the surrounding area, with a practice focused on real estate, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. He has appeared in Ontario courts at all levels and in federal courts, and has conducted commercial and labour arbitrations and private mediations. MacDonald has mentored young lawyers and volunteered with a number of local organizations and charities.
