About Joseph

Joseph P.H. Chan is a barrister, solicitor, and notary public practising in Markham, Ontario. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations since 2004, and has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2008. His practice covers real estate law, wills and estates, uncontested family law, and corporate and commercial law, including purchase and sale transactions, title insurance, mortgages and refinancing, estate planning, probate, and separation and cohabitation agreements. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
