About Joseph
Joseph Wilby is a long-time resident of Fredericton and a graduate of the University of New Brunswick Law School. He has practiced law in Fredericton and throughout New Brunswick for over 28 years, with a focus on family law, mediation, and negotiation. His practice also covers real estate and probate matters, and he is a member of the River Valley Collaborative Law Group. He has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada, Provincial Court, and the Court of Queen's Bench, and has served as a bar admission course lecturer and volunteered with Legal Aid clinics.
