About Joseph

Joseph Boskovich is one of the original founding partners of DuMoulin Boskovich LLP, having entered into partnership with Tony DuMoulin in 1972. He now serves as Associate Counsel at the firm he founded and has become active as a mediator and arbitrator in commercial and insurance-related disputes. Joseph completed mediation training at the National Centre for Mediation Education in Washington, D.C. in 1985 and advanced courses at Harvard Law School and Osgoode Hall Law School, and is listed on the BC International Arbitration Centre's roster of arbitrators. He holds a B.A. in History from UBC.
