About Jonathan

Jonathan Boivin holds a law degree from Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2007. He began his career with the Direction des poursuites criminelles et pénales (DPCP), handling a number of significant cases including appeals, before moving into private practice in 2012. He has pleaded before various judicial and administrative tribunals, both at trial and on appeal, including jury trials, and has developed expertise in criminal and penal law over the course of his career.
