About Christian

Christian Paré has built a diversified practice in business law, corporate law, commercial law, and civil and commercial litigation, along with bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Through graduate-level studies, Paré has developed a deeper understanding of director liability and shareholder rights and remedies under Quebec and Canadian law. Paré sets up various corporate structures and negotiates a range of agreements, including business financing, commercial leases, and the purchase and sale of businesses, as well as matters between shareholders. Paré appears before the Superior Court, in both its civil and commercial divisions and its bankruptcy and insolvency division, as well as before the Tax Court of Canada on disputes involving tax assessments. Paré was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2001.
